All the pieces sold here are handmade and customized to your order. All the pieces come with a 2 year warranty that will allow you the following: ONE free repair within the first 5 days after you receive your order (depending on the damage, PLEASE do not try to pass off something you did to it, an accident is an accident however, it will not be repaired for free) Depending on the damage to the case, there will be a $5-$10 charge for repairs (if the damage is excessive then there is a $25 charge and the case will be re-made). We do sell packages of rhinestones in all colors, cabochons, large decoden pieces, and the decoden kits if you wanted to bypass the repair fee and fix the items yourself or if you wanted to try to make your own item. MOST IMPORTANTLY, when requesting your order, please make sure you are specific on your wants and needs!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED!
